My name is Ingmar Schuster. I studied computer science and linguistics at the University of Tübingen and turned to statistics during my PhD on natural language semantics. Currently, I’m a postdoc with Tim Sullivan, financed by SFB 1114. Before, I was a postdoc with Christian Robert (blog) at Université Paris-Dauphine and financed by PSL Research University, working on efficient methods for Bayesian Inference. Then hopefully I’ll come back to my long-term goal of a Bayesian Model of language semantics in the near future.
